Join us the first Friday of every month for a complimentary cycle class and casual happy hour at UNION Cycle + Strength. We believe strong support systems matter—mentally, emotionally, and physically. This monthly ride is our way of bringing people together through movement and community.

What to Bring
Water
Cycling shoes (provided if you don’t have them)
A towel (optional)
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for bike setup
